My first visit to meet Von and to have some dinner, she explained her  struggle to cater for me as a vegetarian, so what do you eat?

She had made chilli con carne, jacket potatoes and salad.

I sat there with a bit of lettuce cucumber tomatoes on a plate, whilst Von, Bry and Derrick tucked in to a scrummie dinner really crispy jacket potato with melted butter and their chilli, smells were divine. 

As I looked at my rabbit food ,I did think wheres my potato but being too polite and trying to make a good impression, I chomped on my lettuce. Then Bry piped up why haven't you done Becky a jacket potato?

Von "oh can vegetarians eat potatoes" well let's just say it was an icebreaker we just all laughed and it became a reoccurring joke over the years...she cracked me up on a weekly basis from there on in. Such great humour and fun to be around.
